Patriot Resources, LLC, Granada Hills, CA

    Mr. Aidukas served as a Consultant to Patriot Resources, L.L.C., an independent California oil company. He provided Patriot with permitting direction for the City of Los Angeles, developed a negotiating strategy to settle differences with a powerful environmental group and negotiated a long-term settlement between the City of Los Angeles Planning Department and the City Attorney, the North Valley Coalition and Patriot Resources, allowing oil well development for a 20-year period without requiring ongoing discretionary permitting.

Englander & Associates and the Do-it Center, Westlake Village, CA

    Mr. Aidukas provided community outreach and political support, and organized small businesses culminating with the successful City Council decision regarding a proposed "big-box" store in Westlake Village, CA.

Fish and Game Commission, Stand-by Officer, County of Ventura, CA

    Mr. Aidukas currently serves as a commissioner on a five-member commission, which advises the Ventura County Board of Supervisors.  He was appointed in 2002.  In 2009, he was nominated by Supervisor Linda Parks of the Second District to be her Stand-by Officer, in the event she is unable to fulfill her supervisorial duties during a declared disaster, as part of the County Continuity of Operations Plan.
